About

About me

I have been training dogs of all sizes and ages since 2020. From puppy training to behaviour modification, I passionately work with the dogs and their owners to give them the happiest lives possible.

Being a London dog requires a wide set of skills to navigate the loud and busy streets, and to take full advantage of the many parks on our doorsteps. Since the Covid-19 pandemic, new challenges have arisen: dogs developing severe separation anxiety; being afraid of and sometimes aggressive towards strangers; the rapidly growing dog population making it more crucial than ever to have a well socialised dog... training has become unavoidable for most dog owners.

I believe in communicating with your dog in a gentle way that it can understand. Positive reinforcement and bonding are at the heart of my training method as my focus is on helping dog and owner build on their relationship and enjoy each other. No bark collars or choke chains, I believe in a reward-based approach reliant on an understanding of canine psychology and behaviour; dogs are incredible, sensitive creatures who deserve our love and patience.

Training your dog isn't just about obedience; it is about giving him or her the skills to blossom and thrive in our busy human world.

I work exclusively on a one to one basis, as each dog is different and needs my full attention and focus. While I am working with your dog, you can expect open communication and endless support from me. I know how difficult and sometimes disheartening it can be to train your dog day after day and am always available to encourage you and answer any questions you may have.

Fox, my teenage Jack Russell, is a huge source of inspiration in my approach to dog training. Clever, lively and strong-minded, he keeps me on my toes. I often say to dogs when they play up that I'm raising a Jack Russell so they're no match for me!

Fox sometimes accompanies me on training sessions and is an excellent dog for yours to socialise with.
